These terms govern your use of Codelight, operated by Codelight AB, Stockholm, Sweden. By creating an account, installing the Codelight GitHub App, or using the service, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Codelight analyses source code you connect to it and reports potential security issues. It is an aid to review, not a guarantee. Automated analysis produces both false positives and false negatives, and a clean scan does not mean your code is secure. You remain responsible for your own security decisions.
You must have the right to submit any code you connect. Do not connect repositories you are not authorised to share with us.
You grant us permission to access and analyse that code solely to provide the service. We do not use it to train models, and we do not disclose it to third parties except the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
The free tier covers world-readable repositories only, up to the repository and credit allowance shown on our pricing page. Allowances may change; we will announce changes before they take effect. We may suspend free accounts that place a disproportionate load on the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. You may cancel at any time and your plan continues to the end of the paid period. TO CONFIRM: refund policy and statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.
Do not use the service to attack systems you do not own, to circumvent its limits, or to resell analysis output as your own service without a written agreement.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TO CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL: limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, indemnification, and any service-level commitment for paid plans.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes fall to the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
